"Not fit for purpose"

A review of Somerset Partnership Talking Therapies Service by Norman Church written on Tuesday 29th of November 2016

I have been on the waiting list since May 2016 and have still not got any help.

I don't expect to get to the top of the list until next year. In May I was told the wait would hopefully be about 8 week and in August I was told it would hopefully be about 4 weeks.

This is all due I believe to shortage of funds and staff but it also means that the service is not delivering and is unfit for purpose.

It take major effort to find anything out and I have not seen any reviews posted anywhere or expect to get any response..
