"Always have to go pick up parcels"

I always have to go pick up parcels at sorting office our post woman just puts card through door never knocks on door or rings bell seen her writing card before attempting delivery before today sat in front room seen her walk past went to see if she had delivered any post to find a card saying she had a parcel when i called out to her she just ignored me and carried on walking useless service if i have to keep going and picking up parcels whats the point in postal service may as well pay for courier will have to start billing for fuel to go get parcels.
