"Where have all the parcels gone...?"

I had the email, tracked parcel from M& S arrived Taunton and was out for delivery that day. It didn't arrive. Then the tracking tells me it has gone back to Bristol, then back to Taunton, then disappeared. When I called into the office to collect it wasn't there.

A fortnight later and here we are again, a parcel from Body shop arrived three days ago at Taunton (tracked again) and the email arrived to say it was out for delivery that day. Out where? It hasn't come to me.

I hardly dare mention the three Christmas cards that arrived on the 13th January. They might as well give up the pretence of delivering.

Order now for Christmas 2018..
