James at the vac shop was recommended to me by the company that fitted my kitchen 8 years ago. the dishwasher had broken down. he visited promptly and diagnosed a new motor was required. within 3 days he returned with a new motor, quickly fitted it and charged what seemed to be a very reasonable amount for the job. James was very efficient, friendly and I will have no hesitation in calling upon the Vac Shop if any other appliance develop faults..
